This apartment was purchased to extend the client’s original beachside apartment; creating space for their teenage children and their friends. A new entrance was constructed to integrate the two properties and pull-out beds were used to enable flexible holiday sleeping arrangements.

The project included a complete re-design of the original kitchen to create a kitchen / diner. The sitting room was converted into a master bedroom with sea views for the two girls. We also re-styled a second bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and re-decorated and furnished the entire apartment.

  A fresh colour scheme of turquoise, silver and white, combined with simple, modern furniture, maximizes the feeling of space. The seaside theme of the upstairs apartment is carried through to ensure that the two spaces complement each other. The project was completed on schedule, ready for Easter 2010.
